At lunch I took a bite of my hamburger and when I started to chew I felt something hard crunch in my teeth. So I spit it out into my hand and found a little piece of white bone or tooth. I wasn’t sure what it was until I ran my tongue across my bottom molars and discover a hole that didn’t used to be there. Sure enough, a big piece of my tooth had broken off and now it hurts likes a S.O.B.

I called the dentist that my manager uses and they said I could come in the office later this afternoon. I don’t even wnat to know how much money this is going to end up costing me!

The kids in our county have to wear a school uniform to school almost every day. They have to wear pants or skirts that are either navy blue, black or kahki colored. Their shirts have to be either white, navy blue or one of the school’s two “spirit colors.” Each school picks two colors that they want and lets the children add those two colors to their wardrobe.

The school in our neighborhood picked bright red and bright green as their spirit colors. The kids closets must be like Christmas decor.But at least the colors are bright and simple to mix and match.

I think they look nice.

We are going to stay close to home this year for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In fact, I declined all the invitations from all the different family members and friends. I know they were being gracious and sincere about inviting me, which I do appreciate. But I want to stay home and have a quiet, relaxing day.
